Refund and Cancellation Policy
This return policy applies to pick up orders only.
We will gladly accept any returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of pick up as long as the item is sealed, in original packaging, and brand new condition. To facilitate a full or partial refund, we kindly ask for your patience while the transaction settles, which typically takes 1-2 business days. Once the settlement is finalized, we will initiate the refund back to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed it has been picked up. Please contact us immediately and ask for a cancellation of pickup order.
Exchanges can occur only if you want to change the variant of the specific item(s) you purchased such as a change of color of a device, flavor of a disposable vape device, or nicotine strength. Product must be in original packaging, brand new conditions, and sealed.
Unfortunately, there are certain items we will not accept .
- Opened and used vape juice.
- Products that were not purchased on Vape Street.
- Non-defective products.
It's possible that a product may come defective. If you notice your product(s) does not function at the date of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can replace the item(s). Defective products will only be replaced same day of purchase.
All orders require age verification. Orders will be canceled and a refund will be issue for any order that fails age verification. If you age verification is rejected, we will attempt to contact you in 1-2 days to verify your age. If you fail to respond, we will proceed to cancelling and refunding your order.
Sometimes mistakes may occur, we advise you to check your pickup order on arrival. If there is any item missing in your order please communicate the issue with a sales representative to further assist you.
